1. Tell me what you’re thinking

Email hey.muchu@gmail.com with the subject ‘custom order’ and tell me what you're looking for. You can send photos, show me a previous MUCHU bag you like, tell me about the material you want to use, or just send me a vague idea.

2. Making it work

I’ll get back to you and we’ll talk through the details and, most importantly, what your material can actually do.

3. Finalising your order

Once we’ve settled on the design, I’ll send you a payment link to confirm your order. If you’re using your own materials, I’ll then give you the postage address to send them to me. If not, we can start looking for something pre-loved that fits your idea.

4. Time to sew

I’ll start sewing your bag and keep you updated along the way. Custom orders usually take 2–4 weeks, depending on current demand. If you have a deadline, please let me know before ordering, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your needs.

5. Ready for its new life

When your bag is finished, I’ll let you know it’s on its way and send you the tracking details. Then it’s time to fill it, wear it and make some new memories.
