Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. postal delays, strikes, or extreme weather).

International Shipping

MUCHU currently ships within the UK.

If you’re outside the UK and have your eye on something, please feel free to email. I’m always happy to see what I can arrange and whether we can find a way to get MUCHU to you.

International shipping may vary depending on your location and the item you’d like to order.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the parcel and the item immediately and email hey.muchu@gmail immediately. This helps us raise a claim with the courier. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note that we are not responsible for parcels lost or delayed by Royal Mail once they are in transit, but we will do our best to assist you in tracking or resolving any issues.

Address Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you decide you don't want your order, please follow these steps:

1. Contact First
   Email hey.muchu@gmail.com to request a return and a returns address will be provided.
2. Condition of Items
   Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in mint/sellable condition with any original packaging intact.
3. Return Shipping
   The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. It's recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
4. Refunds
   Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 working days. Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

Please note: All orders must be returned within 14 days. We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, or are returned outside of the return period. Custom orders are non-refundable.
