Who makes the bags?
Me 👋🏾 Every product is designed, cut and sewn by me in my home studio. From choosing the materials to sending your orders, I'm a one woman team!
Where do you get your fabrics?
Anywhere they are no longer wanted — charity shops, local donations, and businesses that sell samples, deadstock and excess materials from other brands. A big part of MUCHU is giving materials another lease of life, so I’m always on the lookout for fabrics with a little story already behind them.
How long will my custom order take?
Please allow approximately 2-4 weeks for your custom order to be made and shipped. As it's only me, production times can vary depending on demand. If you need your order by a specific date please get in touch before ordering and i'll do my best to cater to your request.
Do you ship internationally?
Not just yet! I’m working on finding an affordable way to ship internationally that works for both you and me. But if there’s a MUCHU piece you just can’t stop thinking about, please get in touch at hey.muchu@gmail.com ❤️
How do I care for my bag?
Most MUCHU bags are washing machine safe and can be ironed too! I recommend popping your bag into a protective bag and washing it on a 30° cycle. Each bag is a little different, so you’ll find specific care instructions in the product description before you buy. MUHCU is not liable for any damage to products resulting from improper handling, inadequate care, or normal wear and tear.
What is your returns policy?
Every MUCHU bag is super unique, but if you get yours and it just isn’t the perfect fit, that’s okay! You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
