Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (signature required)

£5.99 per order

1–3 working days from dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. postal delays, strikes, or extreme weather).

International Shipping

We now ship internationally to Europe, the USA, and Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and all international orders are shipped using an express service. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the parcel and the item immediately and email hey.muchu@gmail immediately. This helps us raise a claim with the courier. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note that we are not responsible for parcels lost or delayed by Royal Mail once they are in transit, but we will do our best to assist you in tracking or resolving any issues.

Address Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you decide you don't want your order, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact Us First
    Email hey.muchu@gmail.com to request a return. We will provide you with the return address.
  2. Condition of Items
    Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in mint/sellable condition with any original packaging intact.
  3. Return Shipping
    The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
  4. Refunds
    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 working days. Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

Please note: All orders must be returned within 14 days. We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, or are returned outside of the return period.
